BDG Official shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any technical failures, downtime, or data loss.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
